> Brent Totty is a product leader, father, and builder. He writes Time Well Spent, a weekly essay on Substack about behavior change, AI, and making time for family and life outside work. He created the 1000 Second Method: one deliberate 16:40 block a day (16 minutes and 40 seconds, which is 1000 seconds) on the one thing that actually matters.
